2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

juya 9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If the required documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account login details — username and password — confidential. Allowing any third party to use the account or sharing login details is prohibited. If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the juya 9 support team must be notified immediately.

The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account. juya 9 accepts no liability for losses arising from negligent misuse of an account.

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) can be used to add funds to juya 9. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may not be processed unless betting equivalent to the deposited amount has been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

juya 9 follows a zero tolerance policy regarding any form of deception or fraud in payments. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended and an investigation conducted. Withdrawals may be held until the investigation is complete.

New members at juya 9 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and the wagering required is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

Specific rules apply when using bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be used in designated games and betting categories.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated separately.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited.

6.1 Valid Bets

All bets placed at juya 9 must be approved by the system before being considered final. juya 9 reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly processed due to a technical error or system failure.

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Result Disputes

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or conducted outside the defined rules, juya 9 may decide to refund the stake of the relevant bet or void the bet. In the event of any dispute over a result, juya 9's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Responsible Betting

juya 9 encourages users to play within their limits. Following the responsible gaming guidelines is the ethical duty of every member. To address problem gambling, juya 9 provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and account cooling-off options.

juya 9 operates three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback, which is determined based on the user's net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on activity — regular and active members can move to higher tiers. Cashback is added to the account on a weekly basis and wagering requirements may apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at juya 9:

• Conducting financial transactions through fraudulent or deceptive means.
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting system loopholes.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the juya 9 platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping them use the site.

In cases of breach of these Terms, evidence of fraud, or suspicious activity, juya 9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Account balances may be seized in the event of a breach of Terms.

juya 9 aims to provide uninterrupted service, but service disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance breaks, or other reasons. juya 9's liability for financial losses arising from such situations is limited. Betting and gaming are inherently risky — users must be aware of those risks before participating.
